原理不明の実験装置に何の意味があるのか (スコア:1, すばらしい洞察)
実験というのは理論を証明する手段であって、そのためには実験内容が全て知られている必要がある。
証明すべき理論も実験内容も不明な状態では、その実験は何の理論も証明しないので、全く意味がない。
ベルが何を証明したかったのか、そしてどのような実験で証明しようとしていたのか、今すぐ解明すべきだと思うが。
例え解明の結果として装置が止まっても、解明することの方がよほど有意義だと思う。

もう厳密な科学的実験とは言えないのは事実だが、
現象の観察だって、実験と並ぶか、それ以上に重要な科学的手法だろう。
当初の実験の意図や意義が失われたのは残念だが、世界で唯一の興味深い現象を破壊的に調査するのが
はっきりと有意義であるとは言えない。止めるタイミングがわからんのだからほっときゃいい。
あと、ベルを人物のベルと勘違いしているようだけど、これ「電池で動くベル」の実験装置ですよ。

この実験の意義は今日では全くないし、原理は明らかでまだ電池が残っているから動いているだけですから、わざわざ止めてまで調べるようなものはないのでしょう
